Can I keep my current phone number?
Where supported, an eligible existing number can be ported. Availability, requirements and charges depend on country, carrier and number type.
Can I use Infonet while keeping my existing mobile carrier?
On a compatible unlocked dual-SIM/eSIM device, Infonet data can be used alongside an existing carrier service. Correct device settings remain important to avoid unintended home-carrier roaming.
Does my phone need to support eSIM?
An eSIM-based data product requires a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Use Device Check before payment when eSIM is required.
How do I know whether my destination is supported?
Use Find My Connection. It loads the current authoritative destination and package choices available for the selected service.
What is the difference between the three services?
Global Connectivity + Phone combines data and phone. eSIM Internet Access is data only. VoIP Phone is phone-number service without an Infonet mobile-data package.
Are phone numbers and porting available everywhere?
No. New-number availability, portability, requirements and charges vary by country, area and number type and are checked before checkout.
When does my eSIM activate?
Activation depends on the selected product and supplier rules. The planned-use date in Find My Connection is for planning and does not itself trigger activation.
Are prices in U.S. dollars?
Yes. Prices on infonet.space are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and applicable service-specific charges are shown separately.
What happens after I purchase?
After successful payment, the service moves into activation/provisioning and the customer continues into My Infonet for installation, status and service management.
Where do I manage my service?
My Infonet is the post-purchase home for active services, eSIM installation, number/porting status, billing history and support. The full ownership experience is the focus of Revision 2B.
